Reset your password
If you forgot your password or need to reset it, we can send you a link to reset it, which will also remove most account locks.
To reset your password:
1. Start a Recovery Request and enter your login. If your account was created after 2010 this will be an email address.
2. Check your inbox for an email to reset your password (if you don't have access to your email hit 'I don't have access to that email address' when asked)
3. Click the link in the email and enter a new password.
