If you think your RuneScape account has been hijacked, follow the steps below to regain access to your account and prevent future issues.
1. Secure your computer to avoid being hijacked again after you've regained access.
2. Once you've secured your computer, request a password reset by giving us your RuneScape login. If your account was created after 2010 this will be an email address.
3. If you don't recognise the registered email on the account when prompted, click on "No" to contact a member of our support team.
